Refunds & Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, our policy does not allow for any of our products to be returned.
If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your order is dispatched. Your right to cancel the order ends on the date of the dispatch confirmation (the date on which we notify you to confirm our acceptance of your order), which is when the contract between us is formed.
We hope that you will be happy with products that you order from us. However, in the event that you wish to return a product to us it must be because it is damaged or faulty.We will refund the price of the product in full, but not any return postage costs.
We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If the card that you used to pay with expires before the refund is made, please contact us to arrange for your new card details to be taken.
